
The Slot Technician I is responsible for performing a wide variety of diagnoses and repairs of slot machines, with infrequent assistance; possesses extensive knowledge of both mechanical and electronic aspects of slot machine repair; provides training or assistance to lesser experienced technicians.

EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must have good communications skills. Must have basic computer skills. Must have electronic background or minimum two-year experience in slot operations. Must have two (2) or more years’ experience in the Gaming Industry or an equivalent customer service environment.
