Overview

The Entertainment Supervisor supports the day-to-day coordination and execution of live entertainment events across the property, including Hard Rock Live. This role is responsible for managing event logistics, artist services, administrative support, and show execution in collaboration with the Director of Entertainment and other departments. It assists with event planning, ticketing, hospitality, guest services, security coordination, and more. The role provides leadership during events and helps guide part-time, on-call, and front-of-house staff to ensure a high-quality guest and artist experience.

This is a full-time leadership role responsible for supporting entertainment operations and executing live events across the property. The position requires strong independent decision-making, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex logistics in a fast-paced environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Entertainment in managing artist contracts, show riders, advance materials, and internal paperwork.
  • Assist in coordinating artist hospitality, dressing rooms, catering, transportation, security, merchandise needs, meet & greets, and credentialing.
  • Assist with the development and review of event layouts, production schedules, and occupancy plans in compliance with fire codes and venue guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate booking calendars, show folders, ticket hold sheets, profit/loss statements, and department files.
  • Support day-of-show operations by acting as the on-site representative for the Entertainment Department, facilitating communication between departments and resolving real-time issues.
  • Help prepare artist settlements, production advance documents, and wrap reports.
  • Coordinate usher, box office, merchandise, and other event staffing assignments in collaboration with department supervisors.
  • Work closely with box office personnel and ticketing partners on event builds, ticket scaling, reporting, and guest list management.
  • Track and maintain artist memorabilia and show assets for use throughout the property.
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders as well as production teams, artist representatives, and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Monitor event readiness, including the completion of setups, crowd flow planning, signage, credentials, and front-of-house coordination.
  • Order, inventory, and maintain departmental supplies.
  • Assist in reviewing marketing and promotional opportunities related to shows, pre-sale announcements, or on-sale logistics.
  • Participate in interdepartmental planning meetings for upcoming events and special projects.
  • Other duties as assigned in support of Entertainment Department objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in live event production, venue operations, or entertainment administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Entertainment, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of artist contracts, riders, ticketing systems, hospitality, and venue logistics required.
  • Previous experience in a casino, resort, theater, or concert venue setting preferred.
  • Familiarity with Ticketmaster (Host, TM1, or Archtics) is highly desirable.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain any required licenses or certifications per regulatory requirements.

  • Calm under pressure, able to troubleshoot during live events and high-volume environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable working with event documentation, diagrams, and operational tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing needs on show days.
  • Comfortable leading briefings and directing part-time or on-call staff during events.

Additional Details

  • Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout venue spaces for extended periods during events.
  • Able to lift and move up to 25 lbs. and assist with light event setup tasks when necessary.
  • Must be comfortable working in environments with loud music, flashing lights, and large crowds.
  • Requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event calendar.
