Under the direction of the Director of Food and Beverage, the Banquet Assist Manager ensures accurate record keeping, prepares, reviews and analyzes reports.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Ensures that all setup duties are completed on time; conducts all roll calls prior to function.
• Ensures that all guests receive service according to established standards of quality; relays all guest compliment/complaints to Banquet Manager; provides personal service to head table.
• Adheres to established hotel policies, food and beverage policies, labor regulations and liquor laws.
• Conducts ongoing training programs for outlet personnel.
• Makes use of all available merchandising techniques.
• Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or GED preferred with one (1) to three (3) years of restaurant supervisory experience required.
